Life Together in the Grace of God

School of Discipleship

At Christ Church, we desire to develop deep relationships in our Adult School of Discipleship classes. These are mid-sized communities that offer the opportunity to get to know one another, study Scripture, welcome newcomers into our church, and take positions of leadership. To participate in the life of our congregation, in a meaningful way, involves connecting in a School of Discipleship. We would love for you to join us at 9.30 am on Sunday mornings!

  • Led by: Ragland’s & Iszler’s

  • Led by the Simpson’s, Groh’s, and Waldrop’s

Life Groups

Life Groups are an excellent way to get connect and engage life together at Christ Church. They meet at various time and places, with a variety of formats (Bible study, fellowship, accountability, etc). But the goal remains the same: to cultivate intentional relationships throughout the week so that all of us may share life together in the grace of God. We would love to have you join us in one of these groups!

Kids

God is not only the shepherd of the adult members of our church, but also of our children. We embrace this promise at Christ Church and build upon it from a child’s earliest days.

  • Infant Nursery (0-Walking)

    Toddler Nursery (Walking-2)

  • Preschool - The Gospel Project

    K-2nd Grade - The ABC’s of God

3-4th Grade - Teach Me to Worship

5th-6th Grade - The Kids’ Catechism

  • During our service, we encourage parents of young children to keep their kids in worship as long as they like. We also provide age-appropriate care and instruction for kids. Parents with children ages 0-2 may drop-off their kids in the Nursery (0 – Walking) or the Toddler Room (Walking – 2 Years Old) where a team of trained child-care professionals and volunteers await them.

Children ages 3-6 are dismissed to Children’s Chapel after we recite the Creed. They retreat upstairs with our teachers where they study God’s Word—and have a blast the entire time! All children above nursery age return to the sanctuary for the final hymn so that we close our worship with the family of God together.

Students

Our goal is not to take kids away from the home, but to partner with parents as students mature and learn to live out their faith in practical obedience.

As students enter 6th grade, we graduate them into our youth ministry.

  • Kid’s Catechism (5th-6th)

    Middle School (7th-8th)

    High School (9th-12th)

  • This is the time where we gather together for fun and games, hear a message from Scripture, and break into age appropriate small groups with adult volunteers.

    Sundays 5-7p

  • Throughout the year we offer various events to build memories, share life together, and enjoy God’s goodness.
